Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track and Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

We provide 3 Shipping Options: Free Shipping (30-50 days),  Standard Shipping (20-35 days), and Express Shipping (3-15 days). Be aware that delivery times can be longer than expected in case your order is placed during busier periods such as Christmas, other festive holidays or due to COVID-19 restrictions.

We accept debit and credit cards from all over the world, given that they are issued by MasterCard, Visa and Verve.
